Welcome! DeCicé (de-SEE-say) Hall, built with accessibility in mind, is especially good for small organizations, workplace and diverse groups in need of a comfortable meeting space. It also offers a venue for individuals hoping to gather 4-60* people around a theme, series, or specific opportunity. Spiritual resources, if desired, are also available, however, groups need not identify as religious or spiritual to make use of DeCicé Hall.

Accessibility

A ramped entrancel, automatic doors, on-site parking, handicapped restrooms and hospitality kitchenette complete the array of amenities.

 

Seating, Tables, Atmosphere

Easily-configured seminar-style tables with comfortable chairs make for flexible use. The neutral palette throughout complements group needs and offers space to think, create, and display ideas during workshops or events. Available supplies include: white board, newsprint, markers and easel.

 

Multi-Media and Communications

Features include WiFi, an advanced audio-visual system with small-theater DVD projection, microphones, computer with wireless internet, keyboard and mouse, and Microsoft Professional (including Power Point) package.  In addition, there are room-darkening shades; podium, flip charts, dry erase board and other supplies. Spiritual communication resources and assistance with publicity can also be made available.

Catering and Hospitality

DeCice Hall features a hospitality kitchenette, equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer combo, ample counter space and a sink.  Hot and cold beverages along with spring water are routinely available. During the current pandemic food cannot be brought into the hall, however, staff can recommend local restaurants.  As soon as the pandemic ends, the staff will again be able to recommend local restraurants to cater refreshments or meals.

 

Spiritual Resouces 

The Daughters of the Heart of Mary respond to prayer requests. In addition to reserving the Hall itself, groups may wish to make arrangements to participate in a Eucharist Liturgy and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with the resident community; acquire a Perpetual Mass Enrollment for special occasions; reserve the Marian Center Chapel for prayerful time; take reflective strolls around the beautiful grounds.
